TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt take from 2-5 days since date of purchase.

We accept returns & exchanges under the following conditions:

In order to exchange or return a purchased item you have to submit a request within 24 hours of the date of delivery.

The request process can be executed through our website. 

All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with all tags intact.

Discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanging your purchased item with a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.

Your request will be reviewed immediately post its submission and you should receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.

*Shipping expenses required to execute an exchange or return are on the customer.

*Exchanges & returns may take up to 5 business days.

In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
